Barre Fitness is a full body workout using principles of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet Flexibility training. This class will help create long and lean muscles without bulk, strengthen back and abdominal muscles, and help correct postural dysfunction. Barre is healthy for all ages. Barre will be offered beginning February 7th on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 pm, Thursday mornings at 10:30 am, and Thursday evening at 5:30 pm.
